2020 Volkswagen T-Cross, registered in 2021, and in 2022 the keyless entry stopped working, so you can only use the remote to unlock the door. Does anyone know what might be the issue?

I've driven my father's manual Volkswagen Santana for over 10 years. It's quite durable, performs well on the highway, and the wind noise insulation is decent. It hasn't had any major issues. How is the driving experience on the highway, and what about the wind noise insulation?
