Do any of you fellow car enthusiasts feel that the 1st and 2nd gears are noticeably jerky?

My 2012 C30 has been driven for 78,000 kilometers. Now, when I drive, the 2nd and 3rd gears feel jerky and lack power. What could be the reason?
