Why does my car window go down but not come back up, and I have to press the unlock button repeatedly to open it? [Facepalm]

The car window with one-touch up/down feature, when closing, bounces back halfway and then stops. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

The co-driver's window of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross can only go up but not down, and the main driver's switch can control the other three windows except the co-driver's, which can only go up but not down. For models where only the driver's window has the one-touch up/down feature, can you long-press the lock button on the key to raise the windows? Can this be upgraded at the dealership? My 2019 four-wheel drive luxury model can only close the sunroof with the key, not the windows.
