Hey everyone, I've got an issue with my 09 model. Sometimes while driving, there's a sharp "dang dang" sound coming from underneath the car. It comes and goes, and sometimes I can even hear it when idling. The repair shop mentioned it might be the exhaust pipe but then said it doesn't seem like it. They think it might be coming from the bottom of the engine. Have any of you experienced something similar?

The 2014 model with a 3.5L engine shows the engine warning light and exhaust system fault light at 100,000 km. The sensors have been replaced, but after a while, the lights come on again. 5The engine number for the 2009 Range Rover Sport with a 3.6-liter engine can typically be found on the engine block itself. It's often located on the side of the engine, usually where the engine meets the transmission. You might need to look from underneath the vehicle or consult the owner's manual for the exact location.

7I have a 2024 model with a 2.0 engine, and after modifying to a quad exhaust, there's a resonance between 2000-2400 RPM. It's more noticeable at high speeds, and the sound seems to come from the right rear exhaust in the cabin. Has anyone experienced something similar? The issue persists even after removing and reinstalling the exhaust tips, so it's not due to loose fittings.
