Is 3.5 reasonable for an 18-year-old car with 35,000 kilometers, 1.5 automatic, and average condition?

I got a 2013 automatic with 69,000 km for 25k. It's a first-hand car, condition is average, but the interior and engine are good. Feels like I overpaid.

The price is quite reasonable, I’ll take it right away if I like the car.
