Can someone please teach me how to disable the sound that occurs once after locking the car, and how to turn off the hazard lights that flash for a period after turning off the engine?

Haven't driven my car for a few days. Almost fell asleep when my neighbor messaged me saying my car's hazard lights were flashing. Went downstairs and sure enough, they were. No alarm, just the hazard lights. Couldn't turn it off with the key, so I had to get in, start the car, and turn off the hazard lights to stop it. Really bizarre.
