In urban areas, getting a fuel consumption of over 8 liters is quite normal. On highways or expressways, the fuel consumption goes down. I get over 8 liters in the city and over 5 liters on the highway.

First, do you mostly drive in the city? Also, this car is most fuel-efficient between 60-80 km/h, and you need to keep a steady foot. If you're always stopping at traffic lights, I get over 8 liters too, but on the highway, I get 5.1 liters, with my best record being 4.7 liters.

Whether you have this habit or not, first reflect on whether you also like to use the brakes frequently. I'm often puzzled by many cars on the road that seem to love hitting the brakes for no reason. I can go dozens of kilometers without touching the brakes, but I just can't understand why others keep braking even when the road ahead is completely clear. 🤦‍♂️
