Has any owner of the Song PLUS DMi experienced the engine running for about 3 to 10 seconds upon startup and then shutting off, similar to a fuel car start? The dashboard shows HEV, and after a few seconds, the engine goes off and it normally displays EV. This issue started after a maintenance and vehicle controller version upgrade in September and has occurred 6 to 7 times in the past month without any pattern. This situation is different from the common issue of low-pressure fuel tank complaints or engine self-start after refueling. The 4S shop couldn't identify the problem and said they hadn't encountered this issue before, providing no definite answer. The technical manager speculated that it might be due to a problem with some cells in the power battery (low voltage), causing the engine to start for self-generation when the vehicle is started. The car has been used for over 2 years with a total mileage of 40,000 km, approximately 30,000 km on pure electric. Currently, the power battery shows some degradation, charging about 2.5 kWh less than normal, and sometimes the charge drops very quickly from 45% to 25%, with a 3% drop per kilometer instead of the usual 1% drop.
