Why does the air conditioning automatically start blowing after I start driving without pressing anything, and how do I turn it off?

The car defaults to external circulation. When I switch to internal circulation, no air comes out, but the front windshield easily fogs up. The camera function is limited.

The internal circulation is no longer active once it's turned on.
