Has anyone experienced the issue of the 8155 chip in the 2024 Sienna resetting the car settings? Specifically, it's like what's shown in the video! To summarize, the parameters I set in the car system sometimes get automatically "reset" or changed when I start the car again, meaning I often have to manually readjust while driving! This particularly happens with the "sound effects" settings for treble, midrange, and bass, and recently with the brightness and contrast in the camera settings. Has any other car owner encountered this problem too??

If it resets every time, it seems to be a software issue (this usually shouldn't happen; from a software development perspective, it's like a "function to save settings after update" is missing. The programmer might be a newbie). Additionally, there's no power-off protection.

Why does my Highlander behave exactly like you described [I need some quiet time]?

Yes, the same goes for the 2024 top model.

Sometimes the GPS is inaccurate, and the data connection may drop.

The technician at my local 4S shop just called the car infotainment manufacturer, and they said it's a software issue. The update is expected by the end of the year at the earliest. Everyone should report this to their respective 4S shops to urge the manufacturer to expedite the update.

Every time it gets reset, I've tried adjusting the treble, mid, and bass, but each time it resets.
