Common issue, just replace the outer screen. Costs a few hundred bucks.

Yesterday I went to the 4S shop, and they said it's a common issue. They've encountered it a lot. If it's under warranty, they'll replace the screen for you immediately. If it's out of warranty, they suggest you find one yourself and not to use the original one. [Feeling down][Feeling down] Any recommendations from the brothers in the community?

My 2018 model has recently been having this issue too, sometimes it's fine and sometimes it's not.

You can go to a repair shop and have the technician check the computer error codes to troubleshoot the issue. I have the 2018 model and haven't encountered this problem.
