The gear lever on this company car is problematic. After shifting to reverse, the detent stays in the engaged position even when you return it to neutral. You have to push it down to disengage. If I turn off the AC for a while and then turn it back on, it works fine again, but after a few minutes, the airflow decreases once more. Alternatively, if I turn off the AC, the airflow increases, and when I turn the AC back on, it runs normally, but after about 10 minutes, the issue returns. What could be the problem? Thanks!
