Does your Santana's engine shake when you turn on the air conditioning for cold air?

Does your e2 air conditioning compressor make a strange noise? I feel like the sound is a bit loud, and it comes and goes. The salesperson said it's the sound of the compressor when the air conditioning is turned on. Can anyone help me check this?
