Has anyone experienced a slight noise from the passenger door? Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not.

It might be that the glove box isn't closed properly, or there's something inside making noise. Try opening it, organizing the contents, and closing it tightly.

I haven't encountered it, but don't worry too much about unusual noises unless you can clearly identify where they're coming from. Otherwise, it's hard to pinpoint the source, and dismantling might just make the noise worse.
