I have a 2016 S5 manual, and recently the engine noise has become quite loud, with a rattling sound. The mechanic said the tensioner bearing is broken. When I'm driving and press the accelerator, there's a ticking sound that gets faster the more I press it, but it stops when I release the pedal. Does anyone know what might be happening...?

There's a rattling noise like a loose plastic shell when accelerating while driving, but it's not there when revving in neutral. The noise also disappears when you press the accelerator pedal down hard after accelerating.
4Is there anyone with a Levante experiencing a ticking noise when idling after warming up the car? The noise disappears when you press the accelerator a bit. What could that sound be?

6I have a Mini Clubman 2.0T, and when starting or at low speeds, I hear a kind of loose rattling sound, similar to a "license plate not tightened" noise, when I press the accelerator. I'm not sure where the sound is coming from. Does anyone else with a Mini experience this?
7Hey drivers, anyone know why my car suddenly can't accelerate while driving? I press the gas pedal and nothing happens. 😩😩 Then, when I press the brake and then the gas pedal, it accelerates. What's going on? 😎
8When releasing the accelerator, there's a rattling metal friction sound. What could be the issue?
9When the car starts normally and the brake pedal becomes hard after driving a certain distance, what could be the reason?
10Today, while driving my 2020 automatic Chery Arrizo 5, I heard a squeaky noise from the accelerator pedal when I pressed it to accelerate. When I released the pedal, it didn't return to its original position and kept accelerating, which scared me, so I quickly braked and pulled over to turn off the engine. I then shifted to neutral and started the engine, which roared to over 4000 RPM. After turning it off, I manually adjusted the pedal, heard the squeak again, and then it started working normally. Occasionally, there's still a noise when pressing the accelerator, but the pedal returns to normal. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or what might be broken?
