Do all of you have a central control and multifunction steering wheel? How come mine doesn't have them?

Hello! How can I connect the multifunction steering wheel buttons of the Tuluozhe E7 with the car's display screen?

Has anyone here modified a multifunction steering wheel?

Does the luxury version not come with a two-tone steering wheel and two-tone interior? Is it possible to have them as options?

I have a 2019 GS5 Elite version. Sometimes the central control screen doesn't power on, but the air conditioning works fine. The reverse radar is not usable, and the central control screen doesn't light up. Does anyone know why this is happening or has anyone else encountered this issue?
