Will the engine noise of the 2025 RX350h be significantly reduced? I'm quite satisfied after the test drive, but the engine noise is a bit too loud for me to handle.

The noise issue with hybrids is particularly noticeable when the battery is low, and the engine kicks in during startup. This kind of noise is inherent and won't change unless there's a major update to the engine.

The engine noise has improved significantly compared to the 2023 model when I revved it twice today.

Just change the oil twice and it'll be fine.

The loud noise is a characteristic of the Atkinson cycle engine. Additionally, hybrids don't have idle, so they start at a minimum of 1000 RPM. You either accept it or leave it.
