I recently got a 2013 1.4T VW Touran with 110,000 km on it. It's been owned by one person before me. Currently, the big electric fan isn't working, but the small one still is, and the water temperature isn't high. I'm planning to replace it in a few days. The only issue right now is a whistling noise in 5th gear at 70-80 km/h. It doesn't happen in 4th gear, only in 5th when I accelerate, and it stops when I release the gas. 🙂‍?️ Seeking advice from experts—is this a transmission problem?
