I'm considering getting a Renault Koleos. How is this car?

I got a 2.5L 09 model 2WD Koleos on August 1st, and the odometer shows over 130,000 kilometers (might be tampered). Everything seems fine while driving, and there are no issues with the major components. The air conditioning is especially cool. My wife uses it for practice driving in the city, with an average speed of 21 km/h. With 300 RMB of 95 gasoline, it can run about 320 kilometers. The only issue is that when waiting at a red light, the car shakes when in D gear and the brake is pressed. I'm not sure if this is a problem, as I used to drive a manual car.
