I've had my car for a week, and the 4S dealership has forwarded my personal and vehicle information to the manufacturer to activate the customer service. But when I try to connect to the customer service phone from the car, it doesn't link up. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If you know anything, please reply, thanks!

I went to the 4S dealership again today. After disconnecting the power for 10 minutes and contacting the remote customer service for navigation, there was no feedback on the screen from the remote service. The maintenance supervisor said the manufacturer mentioned this issue might resolve itself over time. Hopefully, that's the case... All other screen display functions are normal. Really speechless. 😓

It's quite odd. I got in the car around 10 AM and couldn't connect to customer service. After 30 minutes, I arrived at the 4S shop, and the technician got in and pressed the green button, and it actually connected to customer service. Now there's a problem: after connecting to the customer service navigation, there's no information feedback on the screen. When I asked customer service again, they said to check the history, and sure enough, the destination was there. I wonder what experiences others have had with this situation? Any insights would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Once you have confirmed that the dealership has uploaded the information to the manufacturer, first download the e-BUTLER app and check if the Acuralink service is activated. If it is activated, look at the small light next to the blue link button on the center console to see if it is red or green. If it's red, it indicates no network, possibly due to poor signal in the car's location or the service not being activated. If it's green and pressing the link button doesn't connect, try connecting the car system to your phone's hotspot and attempt to connect through the car system. If it still doesn't connect and the app confirms that Acuralink service is activated, park the car, turn off the engine, and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for about 10 minutes. This should typically resolve the issue.

The updates only occur on the 15th of each month, and I bought the extended warranty, which also updates on the 15th.

I have to say, the HiPhi Z is almost like a Gundam, quite tempting. But has any manufacturer taken over the after-sales service yet? As long as maintenance and support aren't an issue, it could be a fun toy. 🤦‍♂️

My 2018 Mitsubishi ASX suddenly has an issue with the multifunction buttons on the steering wheel. When I press the next track button, it switches to the previous track. Pressing the previous track button takes me to navigation or the radio. I replaced the Android head unit three weeks ago, and everything was working fine after the replacement. I have a 2016 P100D and purchased FSD. The car's computer has already been upgraded to 3.0, but the MCU is still NVIDIA. It should be at least the Atom MCU 2.0 to run FSD. Will the official service provide a free upgrade? Looking forward to it 🤩
