I have a 2019 manual Rapid with just over 50,000 km. At 120 km/h on the highway, the RPM is around 3100, and I feel the engine noise is too loud. What RPM do you guys get when driving on the highway?

It's normal for small engines to have higher RPMs. My 1.4 runs at 3000 RPM when I'm going 120 km/h.

My 2019 automatic model runs at 120 km/h without exceeding 2500 RPM. How come yours is so high?

When driving at 120 km/h, the noise might be quite loud. It could be that your tires need a balancing check. After I did it, things got better.
