Can door handles freeze in winter? I haven't been there, so I'm not sure.

I'm not sure if I should buy a Lotus at this price range.

The mechanic said my radiator is leaking, but I haven't noticed any decrease in the coolant reservoir, and there haven't been any warnings on the dashboard. Should I replace the radiator now? Thanks for any advice!
