When unlocking the car, the right headlight takes 30 seconds to turn on. Is this normal or is there an issue? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

My X95 manual's headlights have an issue. When I start the car and turn on the high beams, they don't work at all. But for a few seconds, they work fine. When the car is parked and I turn on the high beams, everything is fine. What could be the problem?

When starting a cold car, it should normally take about 2 seconds, but sometimes it takes 5 or 6 seconds. Does anyone else have the same issue?
