How can I adjust the low beam on a 2012 Prius to be a bit higher? I've already set the interior adjustment to the highest and made the 10% adjustment under the hood, but it's still low... Also, is it possible to convert to LED using the car's original lens?

You can directly adjust the headlight base. The headlight base is adjustable. You can ask a mechanic to help raise it a bit.
