Does the new hybrid come with a torque converter, or has it been replaced by a multi-plate clutch?

There's a noise coming from the transmission, but when I press the clutch, it stops. The dealership said it's an issue with the clutch disc, and they've already replaced it. But the problem still isn't solved!

I've recently seen quite a few Tesla cars with blue license plates, and I have a question. After a blue-plated Tesla is transferred to a new owner, does it still get a blue plate, or is it required to switch to a green plate?

The 1.4T model keeps showing a fault light, and there's no 2nd, 4th, and 6th gear. The computer, valve body, and clutch have all been replaced, but the issue persists. How can this be resolved? Has anyone encountered this?
