6Hi, buddy! If you're trying to change the music in your Alphard and can't find where to plug in the USB, I totally get it. In the Toyota Alphard, the USB port is usually located in the center console or near the dashboard. Sometimes, it can be a bit hidden, so you might need to check around those areas carefully. Hope this helps!
7Do any of you use a USB drive to listen to music? Does the USB drive need to meet certain requirements? Why can't the songs I downloaded on my previous USB drive play? I used a card reader with a memory card, and it worked before, but now it always switches back to the radio interface.
8The 2020 model only has one USB port. If you plug in a USB drive to listen to music, you can't connect the car kit. The USB extension ports you bought aren't working, and the USB in the armrest cigarette lighter also doesn't support USB drive for music or connecting the car kit. Do you have any suggestions for using both the USB drive for music and the car kit simultaneously?
