I replaced the LED headlights, and now the headlight adjustment doesn't work. Does anyone know if this will affect the car? Should I go to the 4S shop to fix it?

Adjust the screw under the engine hood, next to the headlight.

There's no problem with my car after the replacement. The issue is with the installation of your lights, not the car itself.
