Hey folks, have any of you experienced clutch master cylinder oil leaks? It seems like the leak is at the connection between the master cylinder and the oil pipe. Is this a common issue?

Whenever I accelerate my Phaeton 3.6, there's a sound like metal clanking coming from the middle section of the exhaust pipe. I can't seem to fix it. I had it checked, and there's nothing wrong with the exhaust pipe. The dealership mentioned it's a common issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions?
