Is it normal to feel slight vibrations when sitting inside a Patrol 4.0 at idle?

I just got the 2022 T8 top model, and the road feel is really strong. The steering wheel feedback is quite intense, constantly feels like there's a slight vibration. Also, when reversing at low speed with the steering wheel fully turned, there's some shaking. The dealership says it's normal. Could it be related to the tires?

When the Prado 4.0 is between 40 to 50 mph, the steering wheel vibrates, and there's a humming sound.

When using the standard + B mode, there's almost no brake dive, but when the auto hold is activated, the brake dive is quite noticeable. Do you experience this too?
