Does the Outback 4S store offer installation of metal skid plates, such as for the engine and transmission?

After having my car serviced at the 4S shop, they forgot to install the engine skid plate. When I went back, they claimed there was never one to begin with and said there were no screw holes for a skid plate underneath. I remember there being a square-shaped engine skid plate. Could any Accent owners let me know if your car has an engine skid plate or not? I don't want the 4S shop to fool me.
