Does the 2015 Outback come with a tire pressure monitoring system? What's the difference between the 2015 and 2016 models? Does anyone know?

Not much difference. The air conditioning control panel has been modified, and the steering wheel buttons have been changed from matte to piano lacquer... Other than that, there's no difference. Same generation car, the 2016 model comes with tire pressure monitoring.
