I just want to know how to turn on the fog lights. Tapping on the screen doesn't work.

I have a 2019 GS5 Elite version. Sometimes the central control screen doesn't power on, but the air conditioning works fine. The reverse radar is not usable, and the central control screen doesn't light up. Does anyone know why this is happening or has anyone else encountered this issue?
