My Skoda Octavia 1.8T experiences shaking when I accelerate on the highway after driving for a while. Above 70 mph, it shakes when I press the accelerator, and there's a lack of power. If I press the pedal harder, it shakes even more. However, in the city, during starts, etc., there are no issues.

Did adding fuel from a small gas station cause this issue with my Skoda Octavia? I've experienced something similar after refueling at a small station.
