I'm just asking if anyone knows about this. Today, on November 26th, I went to the 4S dealership to pick up my car and paid the remaining balance. But the salesperson said they couldn't print the purchase tax receipt, it's stuck, so I might not be able to drive the car home today. I have to wait for the receipt to be issued. The insurance form is out, but I need it to go to the vehicle management office for registration. I've been waiting from morning to afternoon and still haven't gotten the car... Is it because it's the end of the month, too many cars being picked up, and the system is stuck, or is there some kind of trick?
