Does the 2021 Murano have a buzzing resonance at 1500 RPM? Should I go to the dealership to request a replacement of the exhaust manifold and bracket? Will not replacing the exhaust manifold cause it to crack?

I have a 2021 2.0F1A manual Euro Victory, and when I shift from 2nd to 3rd to 4th gear and accelerate, there's a clicking sound between 1100 and 1400 RPM, like it's low on oil. Does anyone else experience this? Once the RPM reaches around 1500 and the turbo kicks in, the sound starts to decrease. The 4S shop upgraded the ECU, but the sound is still there, whether the AC is on or off.

Have any fellow car enthusiasts encountered a situation where the catalytic converter has minor cracks, causing occasional exhaust emissions to go uncatalyzed and triggering the emission warning light? The mechanic mentioned this. I regularly use Carpol's catalytic converter cleaner, Liquid Gold, etc., so there shouldn't be a carbon buildup issue.

When starting a cold car, the RPM goes up to 2000 and then drops to 1500 but doesn't go any lower. The high idle speed is causing high fuel consumption, 20 liters for 300 kilometers! The idle speed is too high, and so is the fuel consumption. Can any experts provide a solution? 🙏

Has anyone experienced repeated jerking at a certain RPM (mine is at 1500-1600)? Lightly pressing the accelerator to maintain this RPM causes repeated jerking, but it stops if I accelerate more or release the pedal. When I went to the dealership for maintenance, they mentioned that they could replace the mid-section improvement part with a bracket for free. Has anyone had this replaced? The issue persists even after removing and reinstalling the exhaust tips, so it's not due to loose fittings.
