Do any of you Murano owners experience uneven tire wear on the rear wheels? Mine has only run 28,000 kilometers and it's showing signs of wear.

It’s a common issue. Try getting a wheel alignment.

I've driven almost 40,000 kilometers now, and there's no obvious tire wear.

I went to Xinjiang last year. After returning, I found the rear wheels of my GWM had an inward tilt, mainly due to driving too fast over bumpy roads and speed bumps. It's important to drive slowly. After getting a four-wheel alignment, I took a solo trip to Tibet. I also went to Zhejiang during the National Day holiday. There are currently no issues. I rotated the front and rear tires after 20,000 kilometers. It's important to observe regularly. If you notice uneven tire wear, get a four-wheel alignment.

It seems like the rear wheels are misaligned, causing uneven tire wear.

Is the Nissan X-Trail EP using a direct or indirect TPMS? If it's direct, after inflating the tires, it doesn't update the tire pressure immediately; it only shows the new pressure data after driving for a while, which seems a bit like the characteristics of ABS estimation. If it's indirect, it can still independently display the pressure of each tire, and the manual also mentions that the tire pressure display might be affected by wireless interference, which sounds more like the working principle of in-tire pressure sensors. So, I'm not quite sure why this TPMS needs to activate at speeds above 25 km/h.

Has anyone done a wheel alignment? My City has uneven wear on the left rear tire and slightly pulls to one side. I've heard that the City’s rear wheels are non-adjustable and you can only add shims during alignment. Is this safe? Also, is it necessary to do a wheel alignment since the tires are quite cheap? 🤦‍♂️
