When starting from a red light in standard mode on a rainy day and pressing the accelerator pedal all the way down, there is a jerking sensation. What could be causing this?

Is there a problem with the car if the auto start-stop system, once activated at a red light with a deep press, automatically reignites due to the long red light duration and causes noticeable shaking?

I've been having heavy snow here the past couple of days. The car starts to skid once the speed goes over 20. Neither the snow mode, standard mode, nor sport mode seems to work. How about you guys?

When turning the steering wheel all the way to the right while reversing, it feels like the wheels are rolling over something, with an up-and-down sensation, similar to the feeling of an uneven tire.

My 2018 automatic ZS sometimes shakes when waiting at a red light after the vehicle warms up. Between 60 to 100 km/h, the car feels like it's being pulled back, and there's a strong jerking sensation. If I press the accelerator hard to over 3000 RPM, the jerking stops. Using cruise control to accelerate also avoids the shaking. Is this a transmission issue?
