Hey car enthusiasts, has anyone never changed their CVT transmission fluid? Mine's been 6 years and almost 80,000 kilometers. I'm not sure whether to change it or not. Some say you don't need to, and changing it might actually cause problems. But I'm also worried about not maintaining it properly. Any advice?

The 2019 4J11 engine has traveled 57,000 kilometers without a transmission oil change. Planning to change it at 60,000 kilometers.

Has anyone replaced the transmission belt? My 2015 car makes a squeaking noise when accelerating from a stop, like the belt is trying to tighten but hasn't yet. Anyone with the same model?

The maintenance manual suggests a service at 10,000 kilometers. You should take out the manual and have a look.

Just change it, but don't listen to the repair shop's talk about "cycle oil change," that's a scam. Just open the transmission pan, drain it completely, and refill it. That's enough.

No issues with normal driving, but if you drive aggressively, you'll need to replace it.

I bought a used car that was registered in 2015 with over 90,000 km, and now I've driven it to over 110,000 km. I haven't changed it yet, and I'm not sure if the previous owner did.
