The MG6 spare tire cannot be mounted on the front wheels, otherwise the transmission makes a clunking noise when driving. Is this an issue with the car itself or is there a problem with the transmission? The speedometer cannot exceed 5, otherwise it makes noise. Seeking advice from experts.

It doesn't make sense. Why can't you use a spare tire on the front wheels? I've installed a spare tire on the front wheels and it worked just fine.
