2011 MDX makes a knocking sound like "da da da" when accelerating, occasionally shakes during acceleration, and consumes 1 liter of oil every 2000 kilometers. Should I consider an overhaul?

What could cause the steering wheel to shake during sudden acceleration? Today, when I suddenly accelerated, the steering wheel shook a lot, and I'm not sure what's going on.
Why does the engine compartment of a 2010 model, registered in 2011, with 83,000 kilometers occasionally make a "da da da da da da da" sound, especially noticeable when starting and just before stopping after driving?
The 2011 1.4 engine started backfiring during acceleration after using poor quality fuel.
4Does anyone know why the Volvo V40 T3 version feels weak during acceleration around 60 mph, and why the steering wheel shakes when lightly pressing the accelerator?
5I have a 2009 Touran 2.0 manual, and I'm having trouble shifting into first and reverse. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, when I release the clutch in first gear, the engine shakes like it's about to stall. It also shakes a bit during rapid acceleration. Is this normal?
6I have a 2012 Subaru Outback with an EJ25 engine, almost 200,000 kilometers. It has noticeable shaking at idle and stalls during sudden braking, especially when the engine is cold. I cleaned the throttle body carbon build-up recently, which improved it a bit but didn’t completely solve the problem. The engine is quite loud during hard acceleration, and I’m not sure if it’s the engine or the transmission. Also, recently it shakes at speeds over 100 km/h. Anyone experiencing the same issues?
7I have a 2017 automatic model with 50,000 kilometers on it. Recently, I've noticed three particularly obvious issues: 1. When starting at traffic lights, even with light acceleration, I can hear the engine howling. The fuel consumption spikes to 19.9, the engine revs up to 2000 RPM, but the acceleration is very slow. 2. When driving home from work and going up the parking ramp, I often find that even with the gas pedal pressed, there's no power. The RPM goes up to 3000, and the fuel consumption also spikes. 3. Occasionally, when starting the car, it will shake and then stall by itself. Overall, driving at speeds between 0-40 is uncomfortable, but things improve above 60, especially on the highway. Acceleration and overtaking are fine at higher speeds. It's quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
8French car enthusiasts, I need your help. My 2.0 engine is making a strange noise. When I accelerate gently, there's no issue, but when I accelerate sharply, there's a "da-da-da" noise at around 2000 RPM. After a few seconds, when the speed picks up, it goes away. There's no noise above 3000 RPM, only during sharp acceleration. I bought it second-hand and didn't notice this sound before. If it's not a big deal, I'll just keep driving it for now. 9Hi fellow car enthusiasts, I have a 1.6 CVT that's been running for ten years with over 60,000 kilometers. Last month, I just did maintenance, changed the transmission fluid and spark plugs. It was running fine for the first few days, but recently it's been jerking occasionally when I lightly press the accelerator. It's similar to a manual car when you give gas without fully releasing the clutch. The engine goes "woo-woo-woo," and the whole car shakes a bit, but the speed doesn’t increase. Then, when I press the accelerator harder, it goes back to normal. Does anyone know what might be happening?
10Hey car enthusiasts, has anyone experienced shaking during sudden acceleration? It shakes after driving steadily for a while, especially noticeable at high speeds. The 4S shop only cleared the previous driving habits, which improved slightly but didn't solve the root problem.
