I test drove the M8 Hybrid. Why is the hybrid engine noise so loud? It doesn't sound like a hybrid at all, and it's even louder than a fuel engine. Also, the car seems to bounce up and down on flat roads. Is this a common issue?

I bought the Master Hybrid, and when driving, I can barely tell if the engine is working [I want some peace and quiet]. However, when it's stationary, it's quite loud, but still acceptable.
