A few questions about the old Levante for the experts here. I bought the Levante as soon as it was released, from the first batch.
1. When in traffic and following at low speeds, the car jerks noticeably. Sometimes when I lightly press the brake and then the accelerator, the car suddenly jerks forward.
2. In cold conditions, the car can't move. It needs to warm up first; otherwise, the accelerator becomes very sensitive and only normalizes once the car is warm.
3. This is the most uncomfortable issue: the steering feels unstable. Especially on ring roads with uneven surfaces due to heavy trucks, the steering wheel moves erratically. I have to hold it firmly with both hands, or it will sway.
I would appreciate any expert advice on these issues. Thank you very much!

I'm using 10w60 oil, which has a relatively high viscosity. I always wait for the car to warm up before driving.

I'm not a Maserati owner, but the issue you're mentioning isn't exclusive to Maserati. Was your car like this when you first bought it, or did it start pulling to one side over time? Some cars do pull to one side even when they're brand new, in which case it's just how the car is tuned. If you feel that your car's pulling sensation is different from when it was new, or if it didn't pull when you first got it but does now, you might want to get a wheel alignment done. Opt for a more thorough one and see if it helps. Hope this helps you out.

Mine is the 2018 model, not the facelifted version, so it's considered the old model.
1. I haven't experienced this issue with my car; it's very stable.
2. Same here, when the engine is cold and just started, the RPM is quite high. This is pretty common with other cars too. After about a minute, the sound diminishes and the RPM drops. At this point, shifting gears and accelerating is smooth without any jerks. If you shift into gear and start right after a cold start, giving it some gas will make it surge forward quite aggressively.
3. This happens with all cars; it's not really a problem.

Point three, regardless of the car, it's all the same.

1. It seems my car also vibrates, and when I asked the after-sales service, they said it's normal. I even sat in one of their test drive cars, and indeed, the engine vibrates as well.
2. I don't think you can't drive a cold car. Maybe you meant it's more responsive when cold, which could be due to higher RPMs when the engine is cold. After driving for a while, the RPMs become normal. But in my case, it seems the idle RPMs are high at startup, and then they drop once I shift into gear.
3. As for the steering wheel shaking a lot, I experience that sometimes too [facepalm]. I can't figure it out either. I checked online, and it said something about road feedback or whatever, but I'm not so sure about that.
