Is it normal for my 2020 Ford F-150 XLT with 5,500 kilometers to have noticeable jerking when shifting at low speeds?

The suspension adjustment on the Phaeton works well in just one mode, but when switched to other modes like Comfort or Sport, the soft and hard adjustment light stays on.
