It's a pity that it only has a CVT transmission.

Feel free to use the A6 with CVT. Just maintain it regularly and change the oil. Avoid aggressive acceleration when the car is cold; drive at a steady speed for a while first.

Subaru's CVT uses a chain, while other CVTs use a steel belt. This is a world of difference.

Subaru's CVT is a leader in the CVT world, better than some AT and dual-clutch transmissions.

Yeah, that makes sense. I just don't really like CVT.

Subaru's CVT is not comparable to the lower-end CVTs sourced from Jatco by Nissan. From technology to materials, plus the original quality, it's on another level. Just one point: the older Subaru models in the country might have oil leakage issues, but you rarely hear about transmission failures. Those who use it know.

Avoid biases; it's okay to have likes and dislikes. If you don't like something, you can choose not to engage with it, but there's no need to comment on it.

What's wrong with CVT? Are other transmissions the only good ones? Most of the roads are filled with CVTs; does that mean car companies should abandon them? Please, if you have time, go test drive at a Subaru dealership to see how the transmission performs before commenting. Thank you.
