It's normal for the idle speed to fluctuate when you turn on the air conditioning in a 2013 1.6 manual fashion model. Sometimes the RPM might go up to around 900 or almost 1000, and other times it might be around 800. If you restart the engine and the RPM goes back to around 800, it's usually not a cause for concern.

Hey guys, I have a 1.6 manual Liana. At what RPM do you usually shift gears?
It's normal for your NV200 to have a high idle speed of 2000 RPM when you start it cold, and then drop to 800 RPM after about a minute. This process helps the engine warm up. However, if it feels inconvenient, you might want to consult a mechanic to see if any adjustments can be made.
Has anyone experienced idle running at 1000 RPM when the temperature is 35 degrees, and then it returns to normal at 800 RPM when the temperature is 26 degrees? What's going on? Please help.
4Hey everyone, is it normal for the car's RPM to stay around 1200 even when I release the accelerator while driving? The idle speed is only 800 RPM when parked in neutral. Is it the same for you guys?
5Has anyone experienced this: when driving normally and approaching a traffic light, you brake and almost come to a stop but not completely, and at around 10 mph the RPM fluctuates while the gear has already dropped to second gear?
6When I start the car, the idle speed is around 2000 RPM, but after a while, it drops to 1500 RPM. It takes quite a long time to go down to around 1000 RPM. Does anyone know what's going on?

8My Zhilong 2022 model 2.0 has reached 20,000 kilometers. When the engine is cold-started, there's a "dang dang dang" sound at 1500 RPM, but it's gone at 800 RPM. Is it the same for you guys?
9After refueling my Jetta VS7 at the gas station, the idle speed tends to be high, around 1000 RPM. Then, during driving, the speed fluctuates. After driving for about ten kilometers, the idle speed returns to normal. Alternatively, if I turn off the engine and restart it, the idle speed also normalizes. I've tested this each time I refuel, and it's always the same situation.
10Hey fellow car enthusiasts, do you also notice that when you start the car in P gear, the engine revs quite loudly, usually above 1000 RPM? But once you shift to D gear, it drops below 1000 RPM and the sound gets much quieter. Is that the case for you too?
