Hello fellow car enthusiasts! Does anyone else feel that the steering wheel in the 2017 Jetta automatic is particularly heavy? Any solutions to this?

Adjusting the R resistor online isn't very reliable, so it's not recommended. I filled both sides of the steering gear's dust cover with grease, and it worked fine. There isn't much oil inside the steering gear itself.

Same weight, adjustable. There are many tutorials on TikTok, but I haven't adjusted it because it's a manual transmission, and it's better to keep it stable when shifting gears.
