I will buy a second hand Chevrolet Captiva is it a reliable car, or does it develop issues over time?

The Captiva is a good car for regular use, but its reliability isn’t on the same level as Toyota or Hyundai. Some people complain about issues with the CVT transmission over time, especially if maintenance isn’t done regularly.
