Is it normal for a manual 10-speed vehicle to feel very bumpy on slightly uneven roads?

The tire noise is still loud.

Stiff suspension, common issue.

The suspension on older cars isn't performing well anymore. Replacing the whole set is too expensive and unnecessary, so I'll just make do with it for now.
