How does this 2.7 naturally aspirated 4-cylinder only have just over 200 torque? [Shocked]

Is there no loudspeaker in the rear seats of the 2016 1.5L Automatic Super Value Luxury Edition? Only the front doors have them, but it says there are 4 loudspeakers?

I have a 2018 GS7, and there's a strange noise coming from the left shock absorber. It makes a "thud" sound when going over small bumps, but there's no noise over larger bumps. I went to the dealership, and they said there's an issue with the shock absorber and suggested replacing the assembly. However, they also mentioned that if I don't replace it, it's not a big issue, just the noise. I'm wondering how I should deal with this situation.

I put down a deposit at the auto show mostly for the excitement, since I wouldn't actually buy a 4-cylinder. But today my friend at the port said no one's handling the 3C for the Tahoe...
