You can buy it, the car won't have any issues. Although it's part of the inventory, it's kept in a powered-off state, so there shouldn't be any problems.

If you can negotiate a discount to 20, it's still worth buying.

Around December 2021, you could get a discount of about 25 on the 660 Flagship model. However, you should consider that the battery has been sitting for over a year, which might affect its performance. Other than that, there shouldn't be any major issues.

Sounds good. A car from December 2021 is already a 2022 model, and afterward, there was just a minor facelift.
